VELVET WATERS PRODUCTION
These terms apply to all visualization work by Velvet Waters Production. Velvet Waters Production is a trademark of Jarome OÜ. The terms apply unless a quote or contract states otherwise.
For each project I send a written quote stating the number of images, the length of the video, the price and the schedule. Work begins once the quote is confirmed, the advance payment has been received and the necessary materials have been received.
The prices on the website are starting prices and exclude VAT. The final price depends on the scope and complexity of the project and is agreed in the quote. For new clients the advance payment is 50%, and the remainder is paid after the work is finished, based on an invoice. I hand over the final files after the invoice is paid.
The first images are usually ready within 2-3 working days and the video within 5-7 working days after the images are approved. The schedule for the whole project is agreed in the quote, depending on the number of images and the length of the video. The schedule takes effect once the advance payment has been received and all materials have been delivered. If feedback or materials are delayed, the schedule shifts by the same amount.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. The comments for one round are sent all at once. Extra rounds and changes to the project itself (for example the floor plan, the facade or materials after approval) are priced separately, and I state the price before the work begins.
The client is responsible for the drawings and data sent being correct and for having the right to use them. The visualization is made on the basis of the materials received.
After the invoice is paid in full, the client receives an unlimited right to use the finished images and videos in the marketing and presentation of this project. The copyright remains with Jarome OÜ. I show the work in my portfolio only with the client's permission.
I use the client's materials only to carry out the commissioned work and do not share them with third parties. On request, we sign a confidentiality agreement.
Images and videos are illustrative. Furnishings, landscaping, people and surroundings are there to create a mood and may not exactly match the finished building. We recommend adding the note "Illustrative image" to listings.
I send the final files with a download link that is valid for 30 days. I keep the project's working files for 12 months so that later changes are easier.
If the client cancels the order after work has begun, the client pays for the work already done. The advance payment is not refunded to the extent of the work done.
The free trial work is one image of one project. It does not oblige the client to order anything. If no collaboration follows, the client does not use the trial image in their marketing.
