About me
I'm Dmitri Lobanov, and I create architectural visualizations that show more than spaces. They show the mood you can feel in them: the warmth of a fireplace, the view from a window, or the breathtaking openness of high ceilings.
That eye came from video production. I have worked in the field for more than ten years, and for over half of that time I have filmed and edited ads for luxury yachts and top brands that have been viewed millions of times. There I learned that luxury lives in the small things. It is the morning light sliding across a table and the shadow that gives a room its depth. It is the color tone that catches the eye and the detail that stays with you long after the video has been closed. These nuances are what turn an ordinary home into a place where people want to live. That is why in my work the light, the camera movement and every transition are considered, as in a film.

Drawings, a 3D model or existing renders. Reference images, a selection of materials and a description of the mood also help. If you are not sure whether your material is enough, send what you have and I will tell you.
You will see the first images within 2-3 working days of receiving the materials. We agree the schedule for the full set and the video in the quote, depending on the number of images. The video is usually ready within 5-7 working days after the images are approved.
In one round of revisions you send all your comments at once and I make the changes. Every package includes two rounds of revisions. If the project itself changes, for example the floor plan or the facade, that is new work, and I will tell you the price before I start.
Extra rounds are possible. I always tell you the price before I start anything.
Yes. If the materials or the floor plan change during sales, I update the images and the video. We agree the price according to the scope of the change.
Anywhere you market this project: on your website, in listings, on social media, in print and on outdoor advertising. The right of use takes effect once the invoice is paid and has no time limit.
Only with your permission. If the project is confidential, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if needed.
You get the images as JPG or PNG, in both web and print quality. You get the video as an MP4, in a horizontal version and, if you wish, a vertical version for social media.
For new clients the advance payment is 50%. The rest is paid after the work is finished, before the final files are handed over. VAT is added to the prices.
No. You decide only after you have seen the result.
Yes. I work remotely and communicate in Estonian, Russian, English and Spanish.
